Purging Ghosts

From the Grandmothers

We like the phrase “purging ghosts.”

So many ghosts in the world! Whispery ghosts, whispery threads, memory threads. Yours, another's and the collective’s. Like a web of neurons or a spider nebulae.

Ghosts are energies that linger; hauntings as presences in a particular place.

There are also energies that linger in your mind as a presence.

We see these energies as layers and layers of intricate emotions and triggers. A story line that gets repeated over and over until it becomes almost solid in form. A ghost thought-form.

Many wish their lives would go back to how they were when they were younger. This perspective keeps them from accepting their current life and being able to see their future life. Living in old energies and old memories when the timeline has moved on causes discord.

What would happen if you let go of just one of the old ghosts that haunts your mind? What if you realized you were tired of carrying around the stories of being hurt? Or betrayed? Or limited?

What else could be out there for you, beyond these story loops?

You always have the choice to let your ghosts stay and feed them, or to release them. Does it serve the ghosts for them to stay with you? Does it serve you?

There is no judgement. There’s only experience, your experience.
