Letting Go of Lingering Ghosts

From the Grandmothers:

We like the phrase “purging ghosts.”

So many ghosts in the world!

Whispery ghosts, whispery threads, memory threads.  Yours, another's or the collective’s.

Like a web of neurons.  Like a spider nebulae.

Ghosts are energies that linger. Hauntings as presences in a building.

There are also energies that linger in your mind as a presence. Layers and layers of intricate emotions and triggers. A story line that gets repeated over and over until it becomes almost solid in form.  A ghost thought form.

What would happen if you let go of one of the old ghost that haunts your mind?

What if one day you realized you were tired of carrying the weight of the thought form, the endlessly repeated story?

What would freedom would feel like?

You always have the choice to let your ghosts stay and feed them, or to release them.  You’ll know what to do when it’s time.
