These are the change times.   

Collectively, you are in a fire walk.  One that burns off dross.


When the temperature is high enough, properties shift.  Alchemy is the transmutation of base elements into higher properties. An alchemical shift of ages takes many generations.  And high temperatures.


The day will come when your civilization reaches an advanced state and the last person lays down their gun.  The change times are how the advanced state is attained.


You are strong enough for this walk.  You are, in fact, here for this walk.  

Walk with your eyes on the horizon and your heart open.

Hold the deepest of respect for those who gave themselves to the fire.
