The Age of Aquarius is Coming In, Part 2

The last 2 posts included the phrase “the change times.”

Bigger picture: we, all of us on Earth, are shifting from the Age of Pisces to the Age of Aquarius.

The precession of Ages is a massive astrological cycle that lasts almost 26,000 years.   This precession is a measured movement of points that are tracked through the broad expanses of the 12 astrology configurations.  Note-a procession is a forward movement; a precession is a cyclical movement.

Each Age lasts approximately 2160 years.  A shift in Ages isn’t an overnight occurrence, the transition takes several hundred years, one year at a time.

We are in the middle of the transition years, i.e. the change times.

The following are from several articles by Robert Wilkinson, a master astrologer:

We began to move into the transition zone leading us out of the Age of Pisces about 240 years ago, around the time of Uranus' discovery, the American and French Revolutions, and the end of the "divine right" of kings, queens, and the priesthood that allowed them to believe they were better than the rest of humanity. Every generation since then has lived in the current “Age in Transition,” with conflicting signals between the inertia of old Piscean belief systems and emergent Aquarian ideals associated with “Enlightenment thinking.”

The coming Age of Aquarius will manifest as the synthesis of all that humanity learned in the 17th-20th century into new models of cooperation, synergy, and efficiency in the use of Earth resources. We are moving from a “top down, hierarchical” model into more of a “cooperative counsel” model in group dynamics, and learning that each must see their benefit in contributing their unique part to achieve maximum results within any group effort.

Even when we finally “enter the Age of Aquarius” there will still be many alive on Earth with Age of Pisces consciousness. It could take as long as another century before the current consensus reality agreement is extinct, and Aquarian approaches and values are accepted as a universal norm.

In many ways, the Age of Aquarius is both a measurable astrological shift and a shift in mass consciousness.

The exact date of the shift is unknown.  Wilkinson projects the Age of Aquarius will start in the third quarter of this century.  Some believe it will be later; others believe it has already occurred.  

We will be able to point to a more exact date for the shift in hindsight.  But for now, we are all living in the transition years.  


This is why you are here at this time.  You have a role to play in the shift.
